FGS (Full Green Services LLC) was established in 2022 amid the COVID-19 pandemic, initially focusing solely on CalGreen checklist services. We later expanded into Title 24, which required approximately one year of foundational study, followed by ongoing monthly training. Subsequently, we incorporated CalGreen inspections and earned authorization to operate in cities such as Santa Rosa, Sonoma, Napa, Palo Alto, and several others. Our services evolved to include As-Built floor plans, utilizing advanced LIDAR lens technology and software, along with 3D virtual tours. Most recently, we have begun offering project floor plans for ADUs, additions, alterations, and even PGE plan set projects.

Born in New York in 1970, grew up in Chile, visiting the US on multiple occasions, moved to California in 1999 until 2006 (study purposes), then I moved back to Chile for personal reasons, divorced from those personal reasons, and a couple of years later married again to new personal reasons. Moved back to the US with the new personal reasons on 2023, and we have been working to get our dreams come true, mostly my wife's, but if she's happy.... You know the saying.
